Can you hold a place before I apply?

No.
How old do you have to be to apply?

All adults, 18 years of age, or considered an adult under state law, are required to complete an application in its entirety.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?

You will have multiple options. Once your tenant portal is created you can pay via ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, mail and cash with participating vendors
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Not all of our properties are pet friendly. Please speak with a leasing specialist to discuss further.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

If you lease term is up, your roomate who wants to stay will need to requalify in order to stay.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

The leasing team will be reaching out to discuss move out procedure.
